Starting Young: The Lifelong Benefits of Meditation for Children


In a world where attention spans are challenged and stressors abound, equipping children with the tools to navigate their emotions and thoughts is more important than ever. Meditation, often regarded as something only adult's do, holds incredible benefits for children as well, which is why as a Kids Life Coach I always end my sessions with a Mind Relaxation Meditation, which is very much something the children look forward to and it gives me great pleasure to see how they respond to the powerful affirming words that are spoken by me each week.
