Our lessons are cardio based in nature and the children will perform all their moves without the need for gloves or pads. They will also enjoy a short meditation at the end.

Mastering Core Kickboxing Techniques

Each week, our lessons follow a structured program that focuses on specific core techniques required for kickboxing. This approach keeps students engaged and excited as they build upon their skills and knowledge. From mastering punches and kicks to developing footwork and defensive work, students will experience continuous progress and a sense of accomplishment.

Yoga-Inspired Cool
Down

As the lesson winds down, we introduce a cool down period that incorporates yoga-based movements. Meet CJ

CJ is your Martial Arts Instructor and has been coaching kids for 7 years, in both Kickboxing and Muay Thai. She is part of the instructor team at Hoddesdon Muay Thai, training kids and adults. She has an enhanced DBS and Safeguarding and First Aid Trained.
