9am Club - is a fun and engaging Zoom class, which teaching kids the basic skills of Kickboxing, providing them with an energetic exercise 40 minute session, which ends with a relaxing Mind Meditation. No experience or equipment is necessary, just need to ensure the child has a enough space around them and a bottle of water to hand.
